We work with a ballpark budget in the concept design and a closed budget before starting the build, with cost control at every phase of the supervision.
As a guide: a new-build home takes 4–6 months of project and licence plus 10–12 months of construction; a full renovation, 2–3 months of project and 3–6 of work; a short-stay apartment, 1–2 and 2–3 months respectively.
